- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient in the past , and i must say that everybody there are very nice. But i had a bad experience with a person named Paul . as soon as he answered the phone i was nice to him asking him how he was doing . His answer was Good :( i put that sad face because he gave me the impression that i was bothering him . before that i left a voice message he didn`t call me back . I told him that he was super friendly with his answer . Then he said what can i do for you . Seriously , People that works at hospital should be more friendly , and learn courtesy . Remember that we are looking for hope, kindness, friendly people , etc . If Beth Israel has people like Paul , everybody will be giving bad reviews about the way he answered the phone with such a great personality and friendliness .
